Tristan Jones tells an entertaining tale. He uses colorful exaggeration to some extent, so one is never quite certain as to the precision of his facts, but that may well be acceptable within the tradition of seafarer's yarns! He definitely has a way with words, so anyone who loves sailing stories will want to add this book, and probably ALL of his books, to their list. I'll be keeping my copy for revisiting.

This account by Tristan Jones of his journey to sail in the highest and lowest bodies of water on earth is absolutely fabulous. I love his writing style and find his adventures entertaining and sometimes sobering, but mostly inspiring.
