Over the past twenty-six years, my most secure steady support has been attained from my husband. He encouraged me to personally rise mentally and physically from a tragic car accident some years ago. I remained bed bound and at the lowest possible point in my life at that time. My whole left side had been crushed and was being rebuilt, plus broken ribs and general havoc of a car collision. Mentally and physically I could not have reached a lower situation in my life. I was not permitted to provide personal care for myself and felt like a vegetable. Feeling broken and silent, relying on his strength which he had the most positive outlook to always keep me motivated. I remained in consistent pain and felt like a sorrowful burden to those around, yet he maintained his guidance to keep me focused. He continued to be there for every doctor appointment, ongoing therapy and personal care, while maintaining a full-time job himself. His continuance to me was a valuable asset which I treasured. My situation demanded care, and heat no time hesitated to be my lifeblood. I firmly believe his ongoing encounters lead myself from the once shattered individual to the productive person I strive to be today. He showed me the difference a person can make for another and that is exactly what I plan to do with my future. I am currently enrolled at Sierra College to become a Nurse and one day will be capable to be there for others,as I have had someone gifted there for me.
