This is a very different thrill---that said--it is also very good reading. Alot going on but very easy to keep up with. This poor guy gets shot, goes blind, looses his girl and that is just the start. It kept me turning the pages as i had to know what was going to happen next. It is one of those--you have to read it to be there kind of books. I can say i did enjoy this book, if there were a part two, i'd go for it.
