Gives about 350 one page summations of all the high-fallootin' things you need to know to sound like an intellectual that were taught in those lessons you skipped in school, like Virginia Woolf, Plato's theory of forms, the Battle of the Midway, and Hindu Epics.

Great one-page explanations of things like supernovas, famous books like "Lolita", Musical Genres, Metaphysics. Sort of like what you might get from consulting "Wikipedia".
Set up so that, if you follow the writers' schema, Monday you will read a page of History, Tuesday Literature, Wednesday Visual Arts, Thursday Science, Friday Music, Saturday Philosophy, and Sunday Religion.

Not much to say really. Just read it everyday for a very basic generalized knowledge of pretty everything or peruse through the pages flipiing here and there to read what you want.
