For kids that love to tinker and invent this is a great book. It has more than 25 challenging projects and activities for kids in elementary to junior high. Combines mystery, illusion, humor and fantasy with teh basic scientific principles to entice kids to do things that come naturally to them - play with idea, dream, take gadgets apart, build contraptions and have fun. A few activities require only paper, pencil and an imaginatntion. I was impressed with this book. Would be good to get kids away from the TV and computer and do something constructive!
