Wonderful story. Having Jackie turn the loss of the harmonica in a trade for beans into magicl beans that made wishes come true was great.

Jackie is a thief struggling to survive when she learns of a man who's got the best of luck. He's just won a Faberge egg worth enough money that Jackie could retire and quit stealing. Unfortunately, she gets caught. Days later, needing a governess for his 6-year old son, the man agrees to hire Jackie rather than send her to jail. The two develop feelings for one another and before long, they're married. Of course there are several twists and turns that cause problems for the couple, all relating to Jackie's past profession, but you'll have to read the story to find out if they weather their many storms.

Jacqueline Beresford is a thief, looking for one last job that will enable her to afford a small cottage and live a normal life. But the beautiful burglar is surprised when she climbs into a huge estate, only to be confronted by the owner, Rory Donovan. Rory takes advantage of the situation and blackmails Jackie into taking the position of his son, Kevin's, governess. Soon, Jackie, Rory and Kevin become a family, but Jackie's past begins to catch up with her.

Nice retelling of Jack & the Beanstalk. My rating: 4 Stars.
