James Felder (born May 26, 1971 in Manhattan, NY) is a comic book editor and cartoon writer best known for his work editing Daredevil and writing for the series Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and Chaotic.
James Felder currently teaches at The Tisch School of the Arts Department of Dramatic Writing at NYU where he received his Master's Degree in Dramatic Writing with an emphasis in Television Writing. He lives in Manhattan.
In 2011, his writing will be featured on animated series for Cartoon Network on "Generator Rex," for Disney XD on Earth's Mightiest Heroes and in syndication on Cyboars (Story Editor also)[1].
He is also an accomplished photographer with many of his photographs appearing on Jones Soda labels.
Since 1990, he has played with the New York University Pipes & Drums, and is one of their founding members.[2]
He is the son of the attorney Raoul Felder and the nephew of Doc Pomus (Jerome Felder) the famous songwriter.
