Jen's fantasy fudge

6 cups sugar

1 1/2 cups butter

1 1/3 cups evaporated milk

2 pkg. chocolate chips

1-13oz. jar marshmallow cream

2 cups nuts

2 tsp. vanilla

stir in butter, sugar and milk in 5 qt. pan

boil stir always, boil five minutes till 234 degrees

remove stir in chips

add rest pour into three nine inch greased pans
