reviewed The Joy of Chocolate (Barron's Educational Series) on
In short, this is an all chocolate cookbook. Some of the recipes are elaborate - the cover photo is an all-chocolate cabbage that someone has made by casting cabbage leaves in chocolate - and some are more suitable for everyday cooking. The text of the book is written with a dry sense of humor, and it's a pretty entertaining read for a cookbook.

The recipe categories in the book are: mousses/puddings/souffles, fruits, cakes, pastries and pies, cookies, candies, and more chocolate delights.
