One reviewer at amazon:

This book does for Italian what that other JOY book does for French. It is for all of us who know spaghetti with meat sauce is not the only pasta, or anyone who would like to try something different. The recipies are easy to follow and the end results a delight for both the eye and palate. A worthy addition to any kitchen bookshelf.
