We have a Jack Lalanne juicer.  We just grab whatever fruits and veggies, throw 'em in and make juice.

Carrot-orange juice is delicious.  Orange-apple-lemon is also really good.

My girls love it when I juice them (in the juicer) 1 pear, 1 apple, 4 or 5 carrots, and a bunch of kale.

I love the same thing only I use 2 apples and minus the pear.

As far as the size of my kale "bunch" - I use what is bunched at the grocery store for 1 batch of juice.

This recipe usually will yield about 20 oz.

All I know is that you definitely want a recipe...I tried to "eye ball" it and I got a green slop substance that did not taste good.

My favorite juice is a mix of orange, apple and pineapple.  For two nice size glasses, two oranges, two apples (assuming medium size) and a quarter pineapple.
