Katy is busy all summer working the roads. The Highway Department is proud of her.
Winter comes but there just isn't enough snow on the roads for Katy out to plow.
Then one day it snows so much that the regular trucks can't keep up so they send Katy out.
It keeps snowing and snowing. Soon the city is covered in a blanket of snow. Here comes Katy to the rescue!!

Great story of dedication and perseverance. Katy is tired, but she keeps on chugging until all of the town is plowed out.

A really cute kids' story about a tractor that saves the day. My 8 year old and 5 year old both love listening to it, and following along with the picture. 4 stars!

Virginia Lee Burton does not disappoint. The book is cute with her characteristic artwork and written style. We will keep this one in our personal library
