Kentucky Scramble

  • 2 cups - whole sweet corn -- drained
  • - butter or bacon drippings
  • - salt
  • - pepper
  • 9 - eggs

Melt butter in a skillet. Add corn, heat until warm.

Mix eggs in a bowl, Adding salt and pepper.

Pour egg over the corn in the skillet and scramble with a fork.

how many eggs for 2cups corn??
