Focused on nature observation, this book is geared toward this one season. Prompts for journal entries, encouragment to draw what is observed, plus crafts and activities to do. Also contains some facts and information. This book could be written in by filling in the blank lines or used as a reference book with journal entries being done in another book. A wonderful resource especially if you don't already own other books about nature or these type of activities or crafts. Examples: building a bird house, do's and don't's of collecting bird nests, planting a butterfly garden and more. This is one in a series of 4: one for each season of the year, for more info see the publisher's website: Trickle Creek Books.
