Good plot. I enjoyed it even though I don't usually like Contemporary (means it has explicit sex in it) Romanitc Suspence.
This was a very enjoyable book. I couldnt put it down.
He's fast. She's furious. They're in for the ride of their lives. If you are into NASCAR and want to get a glimpse of the real "behind the scenes", this is your story. The ending is a little rushed and the "bad guy" isn't hard to figure out, but the overall story is a good read.
Intrigue, passion and NASCAR. Loved it.
NASCAR romance and intrigue! Well written and exciting story. This one keeps you guessing right till the end. I'll be looking for more books by this author.

Roxanne St. Claire is one of my new favorites that I have found since joining PBS. I have not been dissapointed with any of her books.

Celeste isn't ready to jump on the bandwagon of the guy who abandoned his pregnant girlfriend and baby. She tells Beau that she will meet with Travis, but she doesn't want him to know her identity. Soon she is in Florida posing as Cece Benson and accepting a job with Chastaine Motorsports. Celeste may be there to meet her long-lost father, but Beau is the guy she really wants to form a relationship with.
This is a standalone book written by Roxanne St. Claire. I couldn't put it down. I'm not a NASCAR fan but I thought it was a unique setting for a romance. The plot is excellent and kept me entertained. I loved both Beau and Celeste. They were perfect for each other. This story was billed as romantic suspense, but I thought it was more a contemporary romance with a little suspense thrown in. My rating: 5 Stars.

Beau Lansing had lost his father to a drunk driver when he was a teenager. He would do everything possible to help the man who had stepped into those shoes twenty years ago. He is determined to get this debutante to help him. She may not be his type of woman, but he finds himself enjoying her company while trying to help her make the right decision.
There is more at stake then Celestes decision and she ends up in charade that shes falling deeper into each day shes around Beau, and thats not all shes falling into. Not to mention a supposed curse that is causing all kinds of issues for the racing team. More mystery and mayhem is happening off the track as well as on it. A story line that holds on and keeps you turning the pages to see what happens next.
