Mr. Burgis, of the Financial Times, is praised for sharing details of international corruption that are often not published because of libel laws. There are a few good guys such as the economist Nigel Wilkins and many, many crooks. A major theme is to remind readers of how many governments (especially the UK) welcome investments from boodlers.
