About the author:
Priscilla A. Gibson-Roberts has a long-standing fascination with both textiles and history. She holds bachelors and masters degrees in home economics from Texas Tech and Purdue Universities, and did post-graduate studies at Utah State University. Among her specialties are clothing and textiles, management and family economics, applied arts and consumer education. Priscilla lives with her family in the foothills west of Denver, where she spins, knits and weaves when not teaching.« less
