Krispy Cream Bread Pudding W/ Rum Sauce

  • 2 doz - Krisby Creme Donuts, cubed (plained glazed donuts of your choice)
  • 2 - beaten eggs
  • 1 can - sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 can - fruit cocktail with liquid
  • 1 pinch - salt
  • 1 tsp - Cinnamon
  • - Raisins added - your choice of how much you'd like in there.
  • 1 - Stick of butter, melted
  • 1 - box of powdered sugar
  • Rum - Used to thin & flavor sauce topping

Take your 2 doz. donuts and cut them into bite size cubes. Add the 2 beaten eggs, can of sweetened condensed milk, fruit cocktail with juice, pinch of salt, 1 tsp. of cinnamon, and raisins.

Mix all together, place in baking dish, 13 X 9 size. Place in center of oven, at 350* for about 45 min. Bake until center is NOT jiggly anymore. Watch carefully. Test center for doneness. Remove from oven and let sit.

Topping of Rum Sauce.

1 stick of melted butter mixed into 1 box of powered sugar. Then use Rum to thin sauce to use as drizzle over the top of bread pudding.  Rum can be omitted, and use milk instead.
