I requested a book back on august 2 that was supposedly mailed a few days later. I became officially lost a few days ago. Today I received a note from the lady telling me it's been mailed and she doesn't know when I'll get it. When I get it do I send her a credit or what? Thanks.

When it comes in go to your Transactions Archive. The book will be listed with a big red X. Simply mark it received.

Giving her a credit when it shows up is the nice thing to do:)  If she mailed it two days ago, I'd put that in the comment section, though, it has been a month, after all.

You dont have to give her a credit when you mark it recieved it will give it to her automatically.
