Ok so we've discussed Firemen and Aussie's.  How about some books w/Latin heroes.

I'm drawing a blank although I know I've read some.

That is sooo weird you hear the term "latin lover" but I have never read a romance with one in it!

though i'm partial to historicals, but would give a comtempary novel a chance.

hummmm

OMG. Too funny. I was looking through some books I picked up at the thrift store last weekend. And there was an anthology called Latin Lovers.  I must have had that in my subconscious when I started this thread.

Years ago, when I was reading alot of Harlequins, there were several titles with Spanish and Portugese  heroes and I loved them. It is strange that there are hardly any romances written today that has one.  Wonder why not?

TENDER TRIUMPH by Judith McNaught has a Latin lover.  It is my favorite by her.

Series romances are easier to think of.  Four of my most reread series romances are The Spanish Groom by Lynne Graham, Bride Of Diaz by Patricia Wilson (Spaniard), Blackmailed Into Marriage by Lucy Monroe (Spanish ) and Triumph Of The Dawn (Italian) by Sophie Weston (one of the old subscription only Harlequin Romances, can be very hard to find).

Also Lynne Graham's The Husband Hunters trilogy was very good, but I don't know if it would count.  Married To A Mistress (Greek), The Vengeful Husband (Italian - Venice), and Contract Baby (Venezualan).

Anne McAllister did a humorous one in her Pelican Bay series,  Lessons From A Latin Lover.

And a real oldie, Once Upon A Time by Lucy Gordon.

In case anyone is interested, I have two on my shelf thanks to a friend of mine:

THE SPANIARD'S MARRIAGE DEMAND by Maggie Cox   TAKEN

SANTIAGO'S LOVE-CHILD by Kim Lawrence    TAKEN

Both are Harlequin Presents and both are included in my 2 for 1 deal now going on.

3 great romances with Greek gods, all Blaze books from this summer: The PI, The Cop, The Defender by Cara Summers. To get the whole story you have to read all 3 and best in the order I listed them.  3 Greek bros get involved w/a murder and kidnapping and fall in love.  (btw: I have all 3 posted)
