Very entertaining book. Goes into a lot of detail of his early career selling on the boardwalk all the way to his relationship with Johnny Carson. A lot more to this guy than just a chuckling sidekick.

His familiar, robust laugh filled America's living rooms every late weeknight for 30 years when he was Johnny Carson's sidekick on "The Tonight Show". He jump-started the careers of Rosie O'Donnell, Sinbad, Dennis Miller, and LeAnn Rimes as the host of "Star Search". Now, Ed McMahon looks back on a career that spans the lifetime of television, and invites readers to take a warm, fun-filled walk down memory lane.
