This is a really good biography of Laura's life. It filled in her life where the Little House books left off. I enjoyed reading about their life in Mansfield, Missouri at Rocky Ridge Farm. I never realized how much "Bess and Manly" traveled. It is amazing to read about how much Laura accomplished later in life. She was 76 when she finished These Happy Golden Years! That is so amazing to me!! A must-have for Laura Ingalls Wilder fans!
