Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 pkg - graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup - sugar
  • 1/2 cup - margarine (I use real butter)
  • 1 lg container - Cool Whip
  • 2 cans - Eagle Brand Milk
  • 1 cup - lemon juice
Directions

Mix the graham crackers, sugar and margarine together to make the crust.

Cream together the Cool Whip, Eagle Brand Milk and Lemon Juice

Pat 1/2 the crust mixture in the bottom of a 9 x 13 glass pan. 

Pour the creamed mixture over the crust.

Pat the rest of the crust mixture over the top.

Chill for one hour. :)
