Elizabeth Bennet Darcy is now the mistress of Pemberley. This book consists of 25 letters written by Elizabeth to her sister Jane. Overall I found them boring. The author has infused some of her favorite characters from Austen's other works into this books. Changing their names and situations.... I didn't find that very clever, and really just introduced characters that you don't care about. Who cares who Lizzy had dinner with and what they think about the weather? I would have hoped the the letters between these two sisters would have been much more entertaining. This is not the Elizabeth Bennet we all knew and loved.
