Fascinating information about the effects of refined sugar on the body. Includes revolutionary information on how sugar consumption contributes to allergies. But where is the new research? You never hear anything about this in the medical news of late. Does this discredit the message or is the powerful sugar producers lobby preventing any more investigation?

I read this book many years ago (pub. 1996, present day 2012) and it definitely changed the way I viewed healthy and food. Of course, sugar is not a food. Easy, straightforward and before it's time yet still timely. Can be the first step towarda better life. Addresses recipes, allergies, diseases, and self-help techniques.
