The title of this book is misleading; the actual purpose of the book is to offer the author's personal philosophy of what life is based upon his own understandings of metaphysics, neurology and science. I don't happen to agree with him and I pretty much lost patience with this book but it does contain some very interesting information and is well worth reading.
