Found this to be an excellent Christian resource. Very much patterned after 12 step programs with a strong emphasis on Christ as the ultimate resource for changing self defeating thoughts and behaviors.

I have been reading this book and working through the workbook and attending a Life's Healing Choice class. This is a life changing book, workbook, and class. It's hard at times, but worth the healing! Great Read!
