Light and Healthy Cheesecake

  • 1 8 oz pkg - cream cheese
  • 1/4 c - milk
  • 1 tsp - crystal light or other sugar free drink mix in your favorite flavor
  • 1 8 oz tub - whipped topping
  • 1 - graham cracker crust

Mix milk, drink mix and cream cheese with mixer until smooth. Fold in whipped topping and mix until blended and smooth. Pour into graham cracker crust and chill until set. Cut into slices and enjoy!


I make this for friends who visit or take it to lunches at work and there are never leftovers. It is always a hit. Very low in sugar and with light cream cheese and lowfat milk it is low in fat also. My fave flavors are raspberry lemonade or lemonade. One tube of the drink mix that you would use for a 16 oz bottle of water is the equivalent as the 1 tsp of mix.
