What an adorable read! If you like sports romances, you will not want to miss out on this book! Marie Force tells a wonderful story of Ryan, a man who will do anything to win back Susannah, the wife he has lost. Can he show her that hes a changed man who wants to make their marriage work out? You bet he does! LOS really reminded me of a Susan Elizabeth Phillips book, particularly, Match Me if you Can (for the sexiness and fun). I think what I enjoyed most about the book, is that this couple is together for almost the entire book. Ryan is a wonderful hero, and shines more than Susannah, whos a bit weepy and confused. That for which, I dont blame her. So, if you are looking for a great sports romance or even just a great contemporary, check out Line of Scrimmage. Don't you just love the cover?

Ms. Force has a book coming out in July, Love at First Flight. I will definitely be picking up that one!

Debut novel from Marie Force. I thought it was good - very realistic depiction of a couple struggling to come to terms with their past and also a future together.

I was very pleasantly surprised by this story. It's well thought out, emotional and very touching. I haven't read many contemporary romances lately, but I'll be looking for more by this author.

Quarterback Ryan Sanderson has come to realize that the Super Bowl Championship doesn't mean anything without his wife, Susannah, by his side. With only days left until their divorce is final, Ryan has to convince Susannah to give him a second chance.

The hero is very romantic, pulling out all stops to win over his soon-to-be ex-wife. I thought this book had a very original plot that you don't see everyday in romance. If you're looking for something different, give this book a try. My rating: 4 Stars.

I LOVED this book, every single word! This sat on my TBR list for almost a year and I finally decided to give it a shot and wow, I was surprised and impressed Well written, very thorough storytelling, realistic, and HOT. I only wish Marie Force would write more so I can read more!

Football star, Ryan and his wife Susannah are divorcing, and Susannah is remarrying her HS sweetheart, Henry. Ryan comes home to win her back, as he never wanted a divorce in the first place. This is the basic plot, but there are so many layers.

I hated the book. For someone who is trying to show Susannah he has changed and wants to be considerate of her, Ryan does a really poor job. He basically steps all over her, blackmails her, and disregards any of her wishes down to what she would like to be called. As I was reading it, I kept thinking he was still a self-centered jerk. I was totally disgusted but I really wanted to like it because I love sports romance.

From the back cover:
She's Given Up On Him And Moved On...
Susannah finally has a peaceful, calm life and a no-surprises man. Marriage to football superstar Ryan Sanderson was a whirlwind of passion, heat, energy and excitement, but Susannah got sick of playing second fiddle to his team, watching women throw themselves at him, and living with the terror of the hard hits he took on the field. With their divorce just day's from being final, she's already planning a wedding with her new fiance...

He's Finally Figured Out What's Importan To Him. If Only It's Not Too Late...
Ryan has just ten days to convince his soon-to-be ex-wife to give him a second chance. He has just brought home his third championship and his career is at it'pinnacle, but during the year of their separation, Ryan's come to realize it doesn't mean anything without Susannah...
