The Liquor Tax Law by chapter 39 of the Laws of 1909 became chapter 34 of the Consolidated Laws on February 17, 1909. Two amendatory acts were also passed during the session of 1909. These were chapter 240 of the Laws of 1909, which became a law April 22, 1909, and chapter 281 of the Laws of 1909, which became a law May 4, 1909.
