Edited a million times I know, but I had to get it right!

I just got some new (to me) cozies from Amazon.com I think everyone should just go look at all the 4 for 3 books they have. You will be overwhelmed by the cozies!

My treasures from Amazon include:

Cooking up Murder by Miranda Bliss~1st in Series

Blessed is the Busybody by Emilie Richards~1st in series

A Peach of a Murder by Livia J. Washburn~1st in series

How to Murder a Millionaire by Nancy Martin~1st in series

Miss Julia Speaks her Mind by Ann B. Ross~1st in series

JUST SO YOU KNOW, I HAVEN'T READ THESE YET! I just got the first ones in the series to try.

Some that I have read and liked are:

Diane Mott Davidson-culinary series(my absolute favorite)

Sue Henry-Maxxie and Stretch series

Dana Stabenow-Kate Shugak series set in remote Alaska

Tim Meyers-Lighthouse Inn series(also author of soap making series and scrapbook series)

Sarah Graves-Home repair is Homicide series(one of my faves!)

and many others that have been mentioned here all ready

I keep pages in a folder that I have printed out from the Stop, You're Killing me website so I know at a glance what book I am on in the series. When I find a new author, I print the page and put it in the folder. This has come in handy for the games forum, I can just pick books from my folder. There is no way I woud remember them all otherwise!

I have learned to only get the first book in a series. I found out the hard way. I collected about 10 of the Penn-Dutch Inn books by Tamar Myers and couldn't get passed the first three.

ETA- I was really suprised that no one had made a link to Stop, You're Killing Me.com  website. I use it all the time. You can look for books set in certain states, or with characters that do certain jobs, it is a great site!

Good Morning Girls:

I have also read Cleo Coyle coffee shop mysteries and I really enjoyed them and appreciated the coffee brewing tips too.  I  enjoy my coffee too.

I liked the description of Shann. H. about being a cozy mystery and chick lit fan I think that describes me too!!

Just my two cents for today.

Talk to you again soon.

Helen

I don't believe I see any mention of The Working Man's series by L.T. Fawkes.  It was only a 3-book series and then was discontinued but I enjoyed Lights Out, 2nd of the series a lot and want to find the remaining 2 books.  The language was a little rough at the beginning but once I got acclimated, it was interesting reading about a bunch of working class guys solving a mystery.  Actually the best part was the male bonding, which you don't see a lot of.
