I'm not sure how many other employees are on here, some have kind of come and gone and some are so busy they only stop by on occation. 

We are all members and our participation here is strictly volunteer.  The PO has no official connection with this forum and I imagine "officaldom" probably doesn't know it exists.    Those that help me here have included other clerks, a few carriers, at least one rual route carrier, a couple of Post Masters and a couple of supervisors.  It's kind of a mixed bag of whoever stops by and feels like answering questions.

Being "roped" does sort of explain it however.... :-)

I answered a couple of questions in one of the other forums and Richard asked me if I would be interested moderating a forum just on Media Mail issues as they apply to members and I agreed.  He set up the forum and here we are.  When it first started out it was, like a lot of forums, kind of slow.  The traffic is picking up though. 

I just wanted to add that there are a lot of people helping on here who are not postal employees and their assistance has been of great help.  They base their replies on their own experiances and on remembering what has been posted in previous threads.
