OK, I am using this as a last ditch effort to find someone, anyone who has any clue to the book that I am interested in finding.

Unfortunatly I do not knot the name of this book , the author, or many details but here goes.

Several years back this author was on GMA so my reckoning is that it had to be a best seller. It is set in the future and deals with the fact that the world becomes so overpopulated that there is no longer and land left for the production of food. The government feeds the people  by the creamated remains of the dead in capsule form (without the public knowledge of that fact). That's it. That is all that I can remember about this particular book.

Does anyone know the author and name of a book that fits anywhere near this discription?

Thanks for any responses.

Sorry, GMA?

Sounds like _Soylent Green.

Based off the novel _Make Room! Make Room!

If "GMA" means "Good Morning America" then I would think  "Make Room! Make Room!" is too old.  Unless it was some kind of anniversary of the novel.  But it sure does sound like it!  Good luck...
