This was quite an interesting book...lots of insight into a somewhat foreign area!

In 1997, almost by accident, John Richardson found himself sharing a hotel with over 1,000 dwarfs. This is his story

This book is really fantastic. I have never known a little person so this book really gave me a glimpse into their lives. I was astonished at what I found. This man spent two years following the lives of several people and really got close. Fascinating!

A very good book. An interesting sub-plot is the effect on the author who gets involved in their lives.

Subtitle: A true story of dwarfs, love, and trouble. Very readable. Richardson, a journalist, "found himself sharing a hotel with more than a thousand dwarfs. Over the course of a single week, he begins relationships with some of the people at a convention that evolve into an affecting two-year-and-beyond odyssey into the little world." (Back blurb) Very engaging, not at all voyeuristic, honest, human, and a good read, too.
