A friend of mine gave me a copy of this book in the 80's and it was a life changing book for me at the time.I have read it more then once and like to keep a copy on hand in case i need it.Reading it for the first time brought me back to my spirit self.I highly recommend it,although many people have written similar books over the years since this book was published i find Shakti easy to understand and enlightening.
