This is a beautiful cut out board book for at least a 9-12 year old. The center of the book is a cutout of a dog's shape and goes through the do's anatomy beginning with skull, jaws and all the bones.It covers dog and wolf brains, Cardiopulmonary nest .Each body system is a lay out over the the last so that you are seeing the whole dog's anatomy and physiology in this book. This part deals with how the heart, blood and cardiopulmonary aid the dog to be extra flexible, super climber, energy, feet and speed. The next layout and section id digestion, the next is the nervous system, the next muscle system and the skin and fur. There is a lot of information in this book on Dog anatomy and physiology.I would rate this book a 10. It is outstanding. A true learning book even for adults.
