The books you are looking for are The Last unmarried man series by Victoria Alexander. The ones you are talking about are A Little Bit Wicked and What a Lady Wants. I don't think the rest have come out yet. I checked...SEcrets Of a Proper Lady comes out 9-25-07. I have loved this series so far...
