Arrghhh - don't know why that keeps happening..

SITD   by   L B Cowman

Joni Eareckson Tada's 3 devos .... Pearls of Great Price, Diamonds in the Dust and More Precious than Silver

Mighty is Your Hand   a compilation of Andrew Murray writings (so good) by David Hazard

You are my Hiding Place - also a compilation by Hazard of Amy Carmichael writings

Edges of His Ways - Amy Carmichael

You can see I like the dead authors :)  Of course Joni is still around, but she's still a classic in my book

For budgeting - get Financial Peace by Dave Ramsey.  I just gave it to someone or would have posted it for you.  It's life changing if you follow his guidelines.

Enjoy!

Kimberly,

There is a website called Biblical Womanhood that has a bible study guide for single women.  Here is the title of the book:

A Maiden in Waiting: Cultivating Contentment in the Season of Singleness

Compiled by Crystal Paine

There are lots of other things you might be interested in on their website.  www.biblicalwomanhoodonline.com

Hope this helps!

I fully and wholeheartedly second the recommendation for Dave Ramsey's books. Financial Peace, and then he has a new book/workbook called Total Money Makeover. My husband and I went to see him in person a month ago and his concepts are simple, yet they really work. The Total Money Makeover book has some excellent budgeting worksheets.

You can listen to him on the radio as well as through his website  www.daveramsey.com

And the bonus is, he is a Christian and doesn't hide the fact that he is!
