I currently work as an editor for a website, but I have been browsing around for a new job that involves writing. Unfortunately, I don't live in the most robust area, so jobs here are limited. Does anyone know of any good sites that list jobs for writers, including freelancing?

I dont know of any sites but Writers Market lists all that and more every year. They are really expensive but you can usually get them at the library.

Over the years I have picked up some a few nice freelance writing and editing jobs on Elance.com. You have to weed through the crappy ones to find the gems, but they are out there. I still work with a couple of the clients to this day. There is a fee (of course) to sign up, but just take the least expensive one. I think I pay $25 every quarter to stay on the roll and keep my profile current.

Good luck!

Try www.weblogsinc.com.....they do pay for posts and they have a variety of blogs to contribute to if you are accepted.
