Today makes the second time a book coming to me was marked lost, then miracuosly(sp) reposted within  hours.

It was a different book each time, the first one came from the same person I ordered from the first time! I can't wait to see if the one I re-ordered today is the same way.

I trust you got your credit back after the book was marked lost.  I hope you get the book from the second person!

Its not so much a miracle, as the system working. The first one coming from the same person is odd, but once a book goes lost in the system, it SHOULD automatically reorder if there is another copy in the system.

Melanie - I don't think reordering is automatic. If there's a wish list for it, you do go back to the front of the line, but if there are other copies available the reordering shouldn't be automatic. Sometimes books are mailed late, or from far-away places, and they show up a week or so after going lost.
