I shall continue what I call the "Take Back My Health" program which resulted in over  113 lbs. weight loss last September 11th and  over 36 inches off my bust, arms, waist, hips, and thighs without surgery of any kind.  I started at 410 lbs. and now I am  under 299 and well on my way to optimal health, and I have been been working  more...
