I'm not the most eloquent person in the world so I'll keep this review simple.
I LOVED this book as a kid. I related to the main character. It should still reach out to younger kids these days too because a main plot point of the book is that two girls who saw each other as rivals due to soccer now find themselves to be friends thanks to a common interest in a computer game.
All in all it's a wonderful book. Young girls will most likely enjoy it.
