The best! This is the third book in the Porter Family series. Jake is a former Marine who is suffering from PTSD. Lyndie, his childhood friend comes back into his life, and brings hope, tenderness, and love. Several good subplots in the story, including Amber, a single mom, searching for the right man, and Mollie, Lyndie's disabled sister, who is an important part of her life and family. Highly recommended!!
This story now takes top billing in all of the stories that I have read by this author. I absolutely loved it. I really like the way this author takes tough issues and writes love stories with hope surrounding them. In this book, Jake struggles with PTSD and Lyndie has a sister with a disability. Both of them struggle with these issues but love gets them through. Full Review at my website.
