As a tour guide, 'speaking for the rest of us',  we'd love to hear if we have been appreciated ... and think of this as a check-up to see if you are also looking in this forum).

Please don't reveal who helped you, just let us know if it was Live Help or your assigned tour guide. We'll respond back if we want to become famous. 

We are volunteers and definitely wouldn't want any of our tour guides to become inundated with help questions if their  name happens to appear here. (me included, lol).

I used the live help and got a great answer very quickly. (Within minutes!) I hope I remembered to tell her how much I appreciated the reply. :-)

I use live help all the time and usually get a response within 15 min. I have also used my tour guid but sometimes I forget I have one,only because I remember a question when I'm looking through the stuff at the top and see live help.

I don't think that I ever used my Tour Guide.  I always see them in the forums with the little TG buttons so I just come here first.

The tour guides and others do a great job in these forums.  I am very appreciative of the speedy help dispensed here.
