Lowell Cunningham (born May 21, 1959 in Franklin, Tennessee) is an American creator and writer best known for The Men in Black, which became the basis for a media franchise.
Cunningham created the comic book series The Men in Black. This comic series spawned the 1997 film Men in Black, as well as its 2002 sequel (Men in Black II) and the animated television program The Series.
Cunningham has also worked with John Hudgens on several popular and award-winning Star Wars parodies.
