Sounds good. I'll have to give it a try. thanks for sharing. In answer to the question posted on 2/29... I am thinking you would drain the marinade off before putting in broiler pan. Maybe use some kind of Non Stick Cooking spray on your pan. I don't know how long the ribs would cook, but I don't think it would take long since they have been pre-cooked the night before. So watch them as you are cooking and keep an eye on the time, so you will know about how long it takes for the next time you cook them. Hope that helps.
