Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 cups - BBQ Sauce
  • 1 6 ounce - can frozen lemonade thawed
  • 6 lbs - beef or pork ribs
Directions

On the first day, boil ribs for about an hour and a  half. Drain water . Make a marinade of the bbq sauce  & the lemonade. The next day broil the ribs in your broiler  or over hot coals.

What's the idea behind marinading AFTER cooking? Wouldn't the flavor penetrate raw meat more deeply?

Sounds good. I'll have to give it a try. thanks for sharing. In answer to the question posted on 2/29... I am thinking you would drain the marinade off before putting in broiler pan. Maybe use some kind of Non Stick Cooking spray on your pan. I don't know how long the ribs would cook, but I don't think it would take long since they have been pre-cooked the night before. So watch them as you are cooking and keep an eye on the time, so you will know about how long it takes for the next time you cook them. Hope that helps. And and NEVER feel silly about asking questions.. that is how we ALL learn. :O)
