8-OZ. CREAM CHEESE, 4 GREEN ONIONS,CHOPPED FINE, 8-OZ.SOUR CREAM, 1 CAN GREEN CHILIES, CHOPPED, GARLIC TO TASTE. MIX ALL INGREDIENTS;SPREAD ON FLOUR TORTILLAS AND ROLL, CHILL FOR 2-3 HOURS. SLICE INTO BITE SIZE PIECES. SERVE WITH TACO SAUCE OR PICANTE SAUCE FOR DIP.

This is another recipe I use all the time. They were a favorite last year at Christmas. I think I got the recipe through Quick Cooking.
