I had to read this after reading The MacGregor Brides. Great story. I love how MacGregor has his own monologue before each story. This has stories of 3 of his grandsons, just like the Brides had stories of 3 of his granddaughters. Very quick read, love the characters and how you see others you have read about before.

You can't beat the MacGregors, and this is a very good one. Despite their resistance, all three of Daniel MacGregor's grandsons meets his fate, and enjoys it.
