This book is beyond belief! I must recommend though that one should refer to at least some of the other works by Carlos Castaneda to emerge yourself in the understanding and from where this information is coming from. Otherwise and all the preliminaries aside, this book is complete with detailed history and the why and what and how of every step. It has I think over one hundred pictures and is something once learned can be truly integrated into ones life! Happy reading to any lucky and fortunate to find the value and beauty contained within the pages of this book.
