Sorry to be a party pooper but, for legal reasons, raffles and lotteries aren't permitted on PBS. Per the Games forum:

"Due to legal issues, we are unable to have games such as credit lotteries, postage showers or benefit raffles. All forms of gambling are banned on PBS.

There can be no games in which winners are determined by random drawing or chance. Since this is how the lotteries, showers and raffles work they are, by their nature, considered gambling and are not allowed.

Contests where the winner(s) are determined by a competition, for example a trivia contest are allowable. Games in which the host provides a prize and winner(s) are determined by a competition of some sort are allowed."
